HireRising is seeking a Customer Care Analyst to handle complex, escalated customer issues beyond Tier 1 support. The role requires strong analytical skills and a customer-first mindset, focusing on resolving advanced cases and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Support customers via phone, email, and chat
Resolve advanced and escalated cases while meeting SLAs
Perform quality checks and case reviews
Use tools such as Genesys and Salesforce
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive timely resolutions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Customer Care or Customer Relations
Bilingual: English & French (required)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
CRM and call center experience
