Start in 2026 SummerMitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. is seeking a motivated IT Intern to join their team for the summer of 2026. The intern will provide frontline IT support, assist with troubleshooting, and contribute to ongoing projects that keep the business running efficiently.

Responsibilities
Provide frontline IT support by monitoring systems and assisting with troubleshooting
Methodically troubleshoot computers, peripherals, and core desktop software (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.)
Support network connectivity issues including LAN, WLAN, and VPN
Assist with printer and copier support
Document incidents, requests, and resolutions using a ticketing system
Support routine maintenance activities and process documentation
Work directly with end users, providing clear, non-technical communication and empathetic support
Manage multiple tickets and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Preferred
Prior internship or customer-facing technical support experience
Experience working with a ticketing system
