Responsibilities
Create, launch, and manage digital ad campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, Local Service Ads)
Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads Manager)
Bing Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Retargeting platforms
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make real-time optimizations
Collaborate with account managers and creatives to align ads with client goals
Maintain organized documentation and reporting for each campaign
Conduct keyword and competitor research
Support basic on-page SEO tasks (e.g., meta tags, headings, internal linking)
Make basic edits and updates to WordPress websites, including content changes and plugin usage
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, Bing, and LinkedIn
Understanding of ad performance metrics, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel/Event setup
Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and WordPress content management
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Must be located within commuting distance of Sugar Hill, GA
This is a full-time, in-office role only — no remote or hybrid options
