Responsibilities
Manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn), SEO, Google My Business, and more
Contribute skills and expertise to a diverse set of projects and clients across various digital marketing verticals
Review, analyze, and report on key metrics related to digital marketing campaigns
Work independently and manage day-to-day operations of digital marketing campaigns
Multitask and stay organized while handling multiple projects
Qualification
Required
Competent knowledge of, and hands-on experience with: Google Ads (Search, PMAX, Video, Display, etc.)
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Social Media Marketing (Organic & Paid)
Strong copywriting and editing skills
Competency with data review, analysis, and reporting on key metrics
Experience working with Google data-related platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center & Google Data Studio
Ability to multitask; be a self-starter and work independently
Be organized and detail-oriented
Experience with common industry SEO/SEM tools (i.e SEMRush, Moz, SpyFu, etc.)
Experience with Project Management Tools (i.e TeamWork, Asana, Basecamp, etc.)
Previous experience in media, marketing, promotions, ad agency environment, or other related field
Candidate must be located in Cincinnati, Ohio
Digital marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
English (Required)
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Certified in Google Ads (or willingness to get certified)
Experience in a client-facing role
Project management experience
Understanding of what UI/UX stands for without Google
Basic HTML knowledge
Wordpress knowledge
Shopify knowledge
Comfortable with speaking to clients and delivering presentations
Comfortable with managing client communication appropriately and independently
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Quick wit and a good sense of humor
Experience with custom audience building and targeting (i.e., GA4 Custom Audiences, Meta Ads Lookalike audiences, etc.)
Knowledge of structured data and writing/implementing schema markup (i.e., LocalBusiness, Article, etc.)
Experience with conversion tracking
Google Adwords and Analytics Certification (Preferred)
