Responsibilities
Real Estate Law – Attorney
Acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, construction, and syndications
Handling acquisition and disposition of various property types, from raw land to mixed-use spaces
Preparing and negotiating financing documents for borrowers and lenders, including construction and permanent financing, syndicated credit facilities, and bond financings
Managing loan restructuring, workouts, foreclosures, fund formation, joint ventures, REIT compliance, leasing, construction contracts, property management, tax-deferred exchanges, and oil and gas projects
Qualification
Required
Real Estate Law experience
Experience in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, construction, and syndications
Ability to handle acquisition and disposition of various property types, from raw land to mixed-use spaces
Experience in preparing and negotiating financing documents for borrowers and lenders, including construction and permanent financing, syndicated credit facilities, and bond financings
