Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop sales teams, including Field Sales Consultants, and Equipment Specialists
Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic sales and marketing plans aligned to company goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and key stakeholders
Lead recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing development in partnership with corporate training
Serve as a key liaison between corporate leadership and regional teams
Support national and regional marketing programs and operational initiatives
Participate in key corporate projects, conventions, customer events, and leadership meetings
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in the dental industry, including dental distribution
3+ years of people management experience leading sales and/or operations teams
Strong business and financial acumen with P&L ownership experience
Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience working with NDSOs, CHCs, and private practices
Strategic thinker with strong operational, project management, and execution skills
Comfort influencing across functions and leading both in-person and virtual teams
Preferred
Travel up to 50% to support regional teams, attend meetings, and engage with customers and stakeholders
