Responsibilities

Follow up with warm inquiries from individuals who requested information through online forms, phone calls, direct mail, or digital advertising
Deliver a professional customer service experience through scheduled Zoom or phone appointments
Educate clients on available options and assist with straightforward applications, often completed in 10 minutes or less
Help match clients with appropriate solutions, including mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, and retirement products
Track activity accurately and follow a step-by-step process designed for remote success
5–10 hours per week on phone follow-ups and confirmations
10–20 hours per week meeting with clients
5–10 hours per week dedicated to training, administrative work, and professional development
