Responsibilities
Provide executive-level leadership and oversight for multiple large-scale water and wastewater treatment plant projects
Ensure successful project delivery through strategic control of budgets, schedules, safety performance, quality standards, and contractual compliance
Lead and mentor Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
Oversee self-perform operations, subcontractor strategy, and supplier relationships across complex civil, mechanical, and utility scopes
Drive risk management at the portfolio level, proactively identifying challenges and implementing mitigation strategies
Partner with executive leadership on business planning, staffing strategy, and long-term operational growth
Support pursuits and preconstruction efforts, including client engagement, constructability input, estimating strategy, and project handoff planning
Qualification
Required
15+ years of heavy civil construction experience with a strong focus on water and wastewater treatment plant projects
Proven experience in a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, or equivalent leadership role overseeing large, complex infrastructure programs
Deep understanding of self-perform heavy civil and process-mechanical work
Strong leadership, financial acumen, and client-facing skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred
