Work independently while collaborating with a senior team
Be open to flexible availability depending on project needs
Qualification
Required
At least 5+ years of experience in public relations
Strong background in executive PR, media outreach, and visibility strategy
Demonstrated experience securing media features for executives or brands across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 U.S.-based publications and podcasts, specifically within industries such as life sciences, pharmaceuticals, technology, IT services, leadership, marketing, and corporate recognition (e.g., Best Places to Work, industry awards)
Ability to shape narratives that support long-term reputation building
Experience with award submissions and speaking or panel applications is a plus
Comfortable managing timelines and setting clear client expectations
Comfortable independently developing and executing email pitches, tracking outreach volume, and measuring placement outcomes
Highly results-driven, with a focus on securing measurable earned media placements and meeting defined performance targets
Able to work independently while collaborating with a senior team
Open to flexible availability depending on project needs
