Responsibilities
Work with Financial Advisors to transfer clients, their business, and assets efficiently and accurately
Assist with ‘repapering’ accounts, transferring assets and opening brokerage accounts under the client’s umbrella
Ensure paperwork is in good order within 24 hours
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail
Accurate data entry skills
Ability to pull paperwork from multiple locations
Accurate inputting of data into systems
Understanding of newly acquired Financial Advisors and their client base
Ability to ensure paperwork is in good order within 24 hours
