Advanced problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred

Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus
Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is advantageous
