Human Resources Partner
Easterseals PORT Health is a nonprofit organization focused on empowering individuals and strengthening communities. The Human Resources Partner will manage employee relations activities and HR policies, acting as a strategic partner to senior leaders and supporting HR programs across the employee life-cycle.

Responsibilities
Manage the administration of HR policies and procedures for your assigned areas
Serve as the primary HR contact for front-line leaders and employees to answer questions
Provide coaching and ongoing guidance for employee relations issues and investigations
Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders to support the overall organizational strategies and goals
Support the design and execution of HR programs and operations across the employee life-cycle
Intermittent travel within the assigned service area as needed in Western NC and Virginia
Qualification
Required
in-depth knowledge of employee relations and compliance
passion for collaboration across departments
ability to track, monitor and follow-up with on-going performance issues working towards resolution
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education
Valid state appropriate driver's license and auto insurance for work-related travel
