The Human Resources Partner will manage employee relations activities and HR policies, acting as a strategic partner to senior leaders and supporting HR programs across the employee life-cycle.

Responsibilities

Manage the administration of HR policies and procedures for your assigned areas

Serve as the primary HR contact for front-line leaders and employees to answer questions

Provide coaching and ongoing guidance for employee relations issues and investigations

Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders to support the overall organizational strategies and goals

Support the design and execution of HR programs and operations across the employee life-cycle

Intermittent travel within the assigned service area as needed in Western NC and Virginia

Valid state appropriate driver's license and auto insurance for work-related travel
