Responsibilities

Actively sell technology services and solutions, not just products
Generate leads through field sales, customer visits, and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients
Identify customer pain points and propose Oracle-led service solutions
Own the sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
Coordinate with delivery and technical teams for solution alignment
Maintain a strong local presence representing the Samaratech brand

Required

7–10 years of B2B technology services sales experience
Proven track record in services selling (ERP, infrastructure, managed services, or AI projects)
Strong exposure to Oracle ecosystem (products, services, partners, or customers)
Existing industry or Oracle-related contacts are a strong plus
Comfortable being in the field, meeting customers regularly
Self-driven, proactive, and outcome-focused

Preferred

Hands-on sales experience in Oracle ERP Applications & Services
Hands-on sales experience in Oracle Infrastructure & Database Services
Hands-on sales experience in Managed Database Services (Oracle-focused)
Hands-on sales experience in SaaS-based enterprise solutions
Hands-on sales experience in AI solutions / AI-led development projects
Hands-on sales experience in Cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, Azure – added advantage)
Hands-on sales experience in PeopleSoft (added advantage)
