This is a fully remote opportunity where you will play a key role in report development, application support, data analysis, and interface troubleshooting within a regulated financial environment.

Responsibilities

Play a key role in report development, application support, data analysis, and interface troubleshooting within a regulated financial environment

Qualification

Oracle SQL & PL/SQLIBM CognosApplication supportData modelingTroubleshootingCommunication skillsDocumentation skills

Required

5+ years of application support and/or development experience in the financial services domain
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SQL & PL/SQL (schemas, views, stored procedures, triggers)
Expertise in IBM Cognos or enterprise reporting tools
Solid background supporting loan or deposit systems
Strong data modeling and analytics skills
Experience supporting data warehouse interfaces (e.g., OFSA)
Excellent troubleshooting abilities across application, server, and interface environments
Proven experience working with vendors for production support, enhancements, and upgrades
Ability to quickly build ad-hoc reports and data extracts for regulatory and IT needs
Strong documentation and communication skills for presenting solutions to business users
