Responsibilities
Evaluate case viability, provide legal advice, manage client communication, and handle all legal paperwork
Collect accident reports, medical records, photos, video footage, and witness statements; hire investigators if needed
Research case law, draft complaints, motions, and other legal documents
Deal with insurance adjusters, using negotiation skills to reach fair settlements
Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials if a settlement isn't reached
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience - Plaintiffs Personal Injury
3+ years of litigation experience
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in Florida
