Responsibilities
Assist customers via phone calls, emails and other written communications
Processing customer and supplier orders within ERP system
Assist in managing records and files
Update paperwork and databases
Create documents, including correspondence and reports
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent, required
Ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers, and coworkers
Proficient computer skills Windows Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Attention to detail is essential
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems is desirable
Previous experience in a manufacturing setting a plus
