Responsibilities

Rate software applications, digital tools, and in-app workflows across web and mobile platforms
Evaluate functionality, usability, navigation, content accuracy, and overall user experience
Validate alignment with documented quality standards, requirements, and evaluation guidelines
Assign quality ratings based on the approved grading scale
Identify defects, inconsistencies, usability issues, and off-topic or irrelevant content
Ensure consistency and objectivity across all audits
Meet accuracy, coverage, and turnaround-time targets
