Responsibilities
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS
Manage journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and ensure accuracy and integrity of the general ledger
Assist with maintaining internal controls, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
Help streamline accounting processes, implement system improvements, and provide guidance or supervision to accounting staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
6+ years of Accounting experience required
2+ Years of Management background is required
Ability to work onsite in Phoenix five days per week
