HumanEdge is seeking an experienced Help Desk Analyst with strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune. The role involves providing reliable technical support to internal users, managing Microsoft 365 and endpoint devices, and ensuring secure IT operations.

Responsibilities
Administer and support Microsoft 365 , including Exchange Online user management , mailboxes, distribution groups, licenses, and permissions
Manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune (MDM) , including enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment
Administer Apple Business Manager , including device enrollment, supervision, and integration with Intune
Provide first- and second-level technical support to internal users via phone, email, ticketing system, and in person
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
Support computer hardware, operating systems, and software installations
Manage user accounts, access rights, and group memberships
Assist with network-related troubleshooting in a Meraki environment
Utilize tools such as Jira , Microsoft Intune , Meraki Dashboard , and Windows admin tools for issue tracking and resolution
Maintain accurate IT documentation and asset records
Ensure compliance with IT security policies, endpoint security standards, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365, including Exchange Online administration
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM) for device and policy management
Experience administering Apple Business Manager and supporting macOS/iOS devices
Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
Working knowledge of Meraki networking equipment
Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS and Android)
Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
Veeam backup and recovery experience (a plus)
Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems
