Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across products and customer lifecycle
Drive high-impact initiatives from concept to completion with accountability for results
Assess new opportunities rigorously to inform go/no-go decisions
Develop a deep understanding of how products, channels, and teams interconnect to guide cross-functional teams
Own quarterly planning and goal-setting to align teams on high ROI objectives
Lead critical cross-functional projects involving multiple departments to drive business growth

Required

5+ years experience, including 2+ years in management consulting or investment banking and 2+ years in Strategy Operations or BizOps in a high-growth company

Ability to analyze problems deeply while maintaining a strategic overview
Operational mindset focused on ownership and achieving outcomes
Understanding of cross-functional nuances to build trust and deliver results
Structured thinking to tackle complex problems and create actionable frameworks
Fast learner capable of quickly grasping new concepts and products
Excellent communication skills for engaging with C-level executives and crafting clear narratives
