The Business Solutions Consultant role involves engaging with business owners, building relationships, and presenting payment processing solutions to help clients save on costs.
Responsibilities
Engage with Business Owners : Connect with new clients through in-person networking, referrals, and outreach
Build Relationships : Visit local businesses to establish trust and long-term partnerships
Present Services : Share our payment processing solutions/services with prospects to help them improve operations and save on costs
Tools : Keep track of prospects, manage your pipeline, and stay organized with our easy-to-use CRM system
Quoting: Your primary responsibility is to secure the merchant’s agreement to a quote
NSM Support : Our National Sales Managers (NSM) will handle creating the quote and finalizing the deal for you, so you do not have to worry about closing
Qualification
Required
Ability to identify and qualify potential clients who could benefit from our services
Confidence in presenting products and solutions to decision-makers
Strong communication and problem-solving skills to address client needs and handle objections professionally
