Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between business partners, scrum teams, and technical stakeholders
Serve as Project Manager and Scrum Master for a dedicated team
Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and PI Planning activities
Manage project activities across all lifecycle phases using tools such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and proprietary systems
Track, monitor, and report on project status, risks, issues, and milestones
Provide input into the Annual Financial Plan
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of management
Manage projects end-to-end following SDLC and agile best practices
Apply project management expertise across the following disciplines: Scope Management, Schedule Management, Risk and Issue Management, PI Planning, Communications Management, Change Management, Quality Management, Vendor and Contract Management
Maintain project documentation including release schedules, staffing plans, roadmaps, application documentation, and monthly reports
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget through proactive planning and forecasting
Lead change initiatives to ensure adoption, alignment, and stakeholder engagement
Adhere to established PM processes and actively participate in project reviews and governance
Lead and support small to medium-sized scrum teams concurrently
Ensure project roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, communicated, and executed
Take initiative to improve team processes, organization, and reporting
Monitor resource utilization and performance against project goals and deliverables
Provide consistent, clear, and timely communication to all internal and external stakeholders
Ensure accuracy and relevance of information to support informed business decisions
Demonstrate hands-on experience leading Scrum ceremonies, executing PI Planning, and guiding teams toward committed outcomes
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of combined IT Project Management experience serving as both a Project Manager and Scrum Master
Proven success leading agile teams and delivering complex IT initiatives
Strong focus on execution, delivery, and continuous improvement
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
SAFe 5 Scrum Master (SSM)
