This role involves partnering with hiring managers to fill various positions while ensuring a strong employer brand and positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies for each location

Source, screen, and recommend qualified candidates for a range of positions

Actively build pipelines and candidate networks for key roles including project engineers, assistant level positions, project managers, superintendents and safety professionals

Use creative sourcing methods, job boards, social media, networking, referrals, industry associations to attract strong talent

Coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitate feedback, and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams

Track and manage open requisitions across multiple regions, ensuring timely updates and accurate reporting

Work with a team to implement and roll out an applicant tracking system (ATS) and then consistently maintain and build recruiting dashboards

Promote a positive candidate experience that reflects the company’s values and commitment to excellence

Support employer branding initiatives and community outreach to strengthen our visibility in local markets

Stay current on industry trends, regional labor dynamics, and competitive compensation practices
