Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience
Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in the ATS
Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Qualification
Required
5+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred
Experience recruiting for (corporate/technical/healthcare/operations/multiple functions)
HR or talent acquisition certification
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms
Exposure to high-volume or niche recruiting
