Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent university degree, or minimum education required in the Offeror's GSA Schedule. Experience may be substituted for education, depending on the Contractor's CMAS/GSA Schedule

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Code of Federal Regulations part 200 'Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards', grant administration, program implementation or oversight. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Grant Management System (GMS) and a relevant discipline or associated operational experience. Demonstrated industry or academic expertise in one (1) or more of the subject disciplines or associated operational areas
