Maintenance Supervisor
Hillpointe is a fully integrated real estate development and investment management firm focused on developing market-rate workforce housing across the Sun Belt. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations to ensure the safety, functionality, cleanliness, and appearance of the community, including managing service requests and supervising vendors.

Responsibilities
Manage and complete resident service requests, routine repairs, and preventative maintenance
Oversee the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and repairs
Monitor the overall cleanliness and appearance of buildings, grounds, and amenities
Supervise and inspect work completed by vendors, contractors, and team members
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools within budgetary guidelines
Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies
Assist with setup and stabilization of new communities (as needed)
Participate in on-call rotation, responding to after-hours maintenance emergencies
Qualification
Required
Must have EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
Must have all certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
Must have a valid driver's license
Proficiency with hand tools, mechanical equipment, and basic office software
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform physical tasks
Hold a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience/training
This position will participate in a rotating on-call schedule, requiring weekend, evening, and morning availability
Preferred
CPO certification is preferred (be willing to obtain)
