Responsibilities

Act as a technical consultant to customers and business stakeholders

Lead requirement gathering sessions, translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications, and drive the functional and technical design for ServiceNow solutions

Design and implement complex ServiceNow architectures, leveraging Scoped Applications, Workflow/Flow Designer, and Integration Hub to automate enterprise workflows and integrations

Implement and manage ServiceNow Data Sources, Transform Maps, and Field Mappings to automate and normalize data imports from external systems

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards

Required

5+ years of dedicated experience in ServiceNow development and implementation

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related subject

Deep, hands-on expertise in ServiceNow platform development and configuration, including core modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR) and custom application development

Proficiency in the GlideRecord, GlideAjax, and ServiceNow's scripting model to manipulate data and automate complex business logic

Experience developing scoped applications and customizing Service Portal / Employee Service Center Portal widgets
