Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Experience working in maintenance leading a team
3+ years of technical expertise servicing equipment: CNC machines & Assembly equipment
3+ years of experience working within an automotive manufacturing environment
3+ years of supervisory experience managing unionized work force or hourly employees
