Responsibilities

Define the product & technical vision for our AI-powered Workspace

Continuously scan emerging AI research to implement cutting-edge techniques (retrieval, LLMs, agentic AI, RAG systems, multi-step agents, vector DBs, etc.) and help align team and resources towards prioritization and execution

Lead execution and set a culture of engineering excellence

Write and review code across our stack (React, TypeScript, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, Python)

Push on building rapid prototypes to iterate quickly based on user feedback, and ensure top-notch performance and scalability for when product bets prove out over time

Drive best practices in architecture, testing, and DevOps—be the gold standard for code quality and engineering excellence and help raise the team to your level

Own our cloud native infra - spanning across Kubernetes/EKS, ECS, SQS, VPC networking, Tailscale, and more

Required

Experience in defining product & technical vision for AI-powered Workspace
