Mandatory experience in Hogan CIS programming
Strong banking industry experience required
Expertise in multiple Hogan modules: Deposits (DDA/TDA), RPM, CIS, Umbrella, PAS, ODS, CAMS
Proficient in Hogan Process Dictionary, PCDs, system conversions, and new releases
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Hogan online and batch abends
Advanced mainframe skills: COBOL II, VSAM, JCL, CICS, IMS/DB2, MVS
Experience with tools: Easytrieve, SORT Utilities, ICTOOL, Expeditor, Endeavor/Changeman
Responsible for hands-on development, application design, testing, and conversion support
Participation in SDLC and business analyst activities
