Build and scale backend services and APIs for high-throughput financial systems
Design secure, reliable, cloud-based infrastructure (Azure environment)
Improve system performance, observability, and resilience
Write clean, well-tested production code and contribute to technical standards
Collaborate across engineering and product teams in a distributed setup
Develop crypto-aware backend systems that support modern payment flows
Qualification
Required
5+ years of backend engineering experience in production environments
High-level of expertise with Web3
Strong experience with languages such as Go, Java, Scala, or C#
Solid understanding of distributed systems, API design, and microservices
Security-conscious mindset (authentication, authorization, encryption, API protection)
Familiarity with blockchain concepts and crypto infrastructure
Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD workflows
Clear communicator who works well across time zones
