Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, and written posts aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
Bring your A-game to creative brainstorming sessions and follow through with executing the vision
Be willing to LEARN about the bees, honey, Ted’s story, and our mission to Save the Bees. Take ownership of helping educate our audience on social media
Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback
Utilize SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and increase organic reach
Use social media management tool Sprout Social to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and streamline workflows
Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication
Responsible for helping e-commerce reach revenue goals
Website reviews through Yotpo, helping to improve the loyalty and rewards program
Captivate community and customer engagement through socials, reviews, etc
Be willing to travel for shoots
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in social media marketing
Able to shoot and edit engaging, on-brand content on iPhone
Speak in the SBC brand voice on social media in captions, comments, stories, etc
Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, Google Analytics and web analytics tools
Strong skills in content creation—including photo and video editing—to produce compelling visual assets
Create data-driven monthly and quarterly social media reports
Ability to analyze data insights from various platforms to optimize ongoing campaigns effectively
Exceptional communication skills
Be organized with attention to detail: creating briefs, writing captions, scheduling content, executing multiple projects
Assist with shoots and brand activations as needed
Skilled in editing on phone and desktop apps (CapCut, Canva, and/or other social media editing tools etc). This includes adding text and/or captions to content for Reels, TikToks, etc
Have an in-depth understanding of social media platforms and the nuances on how to create engaging content via Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
MUST be based in Savannah, GA
