They are seeking a B2B Field Sales representative to build relationships with prospective customers in the water industry, manage the full sales cycle, and drive customer value and growth.

Responsibilities

Build and foster relationships with prospective new customers and help them solve their toughest water monitoring challenges
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead to close
Share knowledge of customer challenges with product teams to help innovate
Develop meaningful customer relationships focused on driving value to customers
Measure success by net new customer growth, revenue growth, and engagement with products and services
Work from a home office and manage your territory autonomously
Partner with other Veralto sellers (Hach, OTT Hydromet)

Required

5+ years of experience in water industry or adjacent sales where you've consistently closed deals & exceeded targets
Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying role, preferably in a B2B field sales role
A self-starter and teammate who is motivated to succeed
Superior customer relationship skills & ability to work cross-functionally
Ability to learn new software applications quickly
Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time

Preferred

Familiarity with the environmental and/or the water industry is preferred
Consultative solutions-based sales or direct sales experience preferred
We use SalesForce as our CRM, so experience with that is a plus
