Office Manager
Glocap Business Professionals is representing a Luxury Skincare Practice based in Greenwich, CT, which is seeking a Part-Time Office Manager. The role involves being the face of the office, managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and overseeing daily office operations to ensure a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, packages, invoices)
Prepare and maintain patient records, forms, and consent documents
Assist with billing, payments, and reconciliation of daily transactions
Support marketing efforts—assist with newsletters, social media, and patient communications
Order and track office and medical supplies; manage vendor relationships
Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
Ensure the office environment is clean, professional, and welcoming
Qualification
Required
College degree highly preferred
Office/Administrative experience out of Skincare/Medical/Dental offices are highly preferred
7+ years of relevant office administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of skincare terminology or treatments a plus
