Collaborate with cross-functional teams to train and improve AI systems focused on Java development tasks

Review, analyze, and critique Java code examples to train AI models in best practices and industry standards

Create detailed documentation and clear written feedback to refine AI-generated code outputs

Engage in regular communication with team members, contributing to team knowledge sharing and process improvements

Stay informed about advancements in Java and AI, ensuring training data is current and relevant

Identify potential gaps or errors in AI understanding, suggesting targeted improvements

Participate in virtual meetings and brainstorming sessions to align on project goals and methodologies

Required

Background in developing or integrating AI solutions within Java applications

Contributions to open-source Java projects or technical communities
