Responsibilities
Reviewing and assembling tax documents for completeness and accuracy
Verifying required elements such as name, account number, Tax ID, and signatures
Assembling tax returns after all required elements are validated
Preparing completed tax documents for mailing to appropriate taxing authorities
Scanning incoming tax documentation using proprietary software
Weighing and mailing individual and bulk correspondence using a postage machine
