Mid, Senior LevelAscendo Resources is seeking a Branch Manager for their downtown Orlando branch. This role is responsible for the overall leadership, growth, and daily operations, focusing on relationship banking, local business development, and ensuring strong customer service while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulations.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily branch operations including deposits, lending support, customer service, and operational controls
Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, professionals, and community partners in the downtown Orlando market
Drive branch growth through new account development, referrals, and cross-selling of bank products and services
Supervise, coach, and develop branch staff to ensure high performance and strong customer experience
Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements including BSA, AML, and internal controls
Review branch reports related to sales activity, deposits, loans, and operational performance
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
Partner with commercial lenders, treasury management, and operations teams to support client needs
Maintain branch appearance, security, and operational readiness
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager within a community or regional bank
Strong understanding of retail banking products, small business banking, and branch operations
Proven ability to develop relationships and generate new business locally
Experience managing and developing branch staff
Working knowledge of compliance, audit processes, and operational risk
Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent banking experience
