Director of Sales
Premier Creative Group is excited to share that they are seeking to add a Director of Sales to the team. The person in this position will be responsible for driving overall business growth and expansion by identifying new market opportunities and generating revenue.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and market share
Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers, partnering closely with them to understand their business objectives and needs
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop effective solutions for clients
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new business deals
Represent Premier Creative Group at industry events, conferences, and client forums, continually enhancing the organization’s reputation and visibility
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue projections
Report on market forces and trends that may shift strategic account directions
Manage and train other successful sales team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field/equivalent experience
Proven experience (7 years) in business development, sales, or a related role within the audio-visual industry
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
A well-established network of industry decision-makers, and a demonstrated ability to generate meaningful introductions and new business opportunities
Exceptional relationship-building abilities, resulting in lasting partnerships and mutual business growth
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, fostering trust and alignment throughout all stages of the sales process
A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to work seamlessly across various disciplines to deliver high-impact and cohesive proposals
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
