Responsibilities

Oversee daily IT operations, including infrastructure, systems, and support

Develop and manage IT budgets and purchases, vendor relationships, and strategic planning

Implement, maintain, and secure IT systems to support performance, compliance, and recoverability

Develop and manage IT projects, delivering timely results aligned with business objectives

Lead, mentor, develop and manage the IT team, fostering growth and performance

Collaborate with other departments to understand needs and provide solutions

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Strong leadership and personal integrity with a positive, collaborative, customer-centric mindset, and the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with users in different roles and with varying skillsets

Visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and use a keyboard and computer
