HR Intern- Summer 2026

The HR Summer Intern will support the Human Resources department with various administrative and project-based tasks, gaining hands-on experience in core HR functions such as recruitment support and onboarding coordination.

Responsibilities
The HR Intern will support our HR Manager in day-to-day human resources operations, focusing on administrative, recruitment, and employee engagement tasks
Review and finalize employee job descriptions
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Prepare onboarding materials (welcome packets, logins, documents) and update Onboarding Presentation
Assist in quarterly compliance audits and maintain personnel records
Keep training completion records updated
Book training sessions and send invitations
Format and distribute updated HR policies
Maintain organized and up-to-date personnel files
Maintain and organize master training matrix
Support with benefit changes and master data files in Workday
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Currently Attending a College or University
Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)

Some related experience preferred
