Adorama is a leading e-commerce company focused on providing high-quality fulfillment services. The Inventory Control, Quality Supervisor will ensure inventory accuracy and quality compliance while driving operational discipline in the fulfillment center.

Responsibilities

Execute and enforce IC/QC standards and processes as defined by the IB / ICQC Manager

Monitor fulfillment operations and product flow to ensure adherence to quality, accuracy, and timing standards

Perform regular sample checks and audits across inbound, inventory, and outbound functions

Support cycle count execution, variance research, and follow-up to closure per plan

Maintain IC and QC logs and reporting to support trend analysis and issue identification

Investigate discrepancies, complaints, and quality issues same-day where possible

Categorize issues by root cause and partner with department leadership on corrective actions

Validate that corrective actions are effective and sustained

Escalate systemic or repeat issues through the IB / ICQC Manager with clear data and recommendations

Maintain a strong, consistent floor presence across Receiving, Putaway, Cycle Counts, Picking, IC, and Shipping

Identify SOP misses in real time and intervene immediately

Coach associates and supervisors on proper procedures and quality expectations

Support cross-training and step into other operational areas as needed during peak periods, absences, or shifts in priorities

Educate supervisors, managers, and associates on quality processes, inventory standards, and correct procedures

Reinforce expectations through retraining following errors or audit findings

Support documentation updates and continuous improvement of SOPs related to IC/QC

Promote a culture of accountability, quality, and operational discipline

Track, report, and support improvement against the following key indicators: Putaway accuracy and adjustments, Picking accuracy and adjustments, Shipping adjustments, Receiving errors, Cycle count accuracy and variance closure, Repeat error rate, Time-to-resolution for discrepancies, SOP compliance audit scores

Provide regular summaries and insights to the IB / ICQC Manager to support prioritization and corrective action planning
