The BA will work closely with HR stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to support implementation, enhancements, and ongoing operations across SuccessFactors modules.

Responsibilities
Engage with HR business stakeholders to understand requirements, processes, and pain points
Analyze and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows
Map business requirements to SAP SuccessFactors best practices
Support implementation and enhancement of SuccessFactors modules
Collaborate with functional and technical teams during configuration and development
Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions or workarounds
Support data migration, integrations, and reporting requirements
Assist in system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and defect resolution
Prepare user documentation, training materials, and conduct user training
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
Qualification
Required
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in SAP SuccessFactors projects
Good understanding of HR business processes and HCM concepts
Experience in requirements gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, and process mapping
Hands-on experience working with SuccessFactors configurations (functional knowledge)
Experience supporting integrations (SF to SAP ERP / third-party systems)
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field
Preferred
SAP SuccessFactors certification(s)
Experience with SAP HCM or SAP S/4HANA integrations
Experience in global or multi-country implementations
Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy standards
MBA or HR specialization is a plus
