Executive Administrative Assistant
The Parmenter Foundation is a charitable organization focused on providing support for the MetroWest community in end-of-life care and bereavement. They are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and manage various organizational tasks.

Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact for trustees, employees, donors, grantees, and the public
Provide administrative support for our board of trustees and its committees, as needed
Manage information flow in a timely, prioritized and accurate manner
Manage Executive Director’s calendar and set up in-person and virtual meetings
Manage office supply inventory
Format and proofread information for internal and external communication – letters, memos, emails, presentations, reports, manuals, mailing lists, etc
Screen and direct phone calls and provide appropriate resources
Collaborate with team to accomplish project goals
Follow through with requested research and projects to completion
Maintain paper and e-filing systems
Manage vendors and invoices
Manage donation process, including deposits, correspondence, and donor records
Qualification
Required
Work experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role
Excellent MS Office knowledge (Salesforce and Google, if possible)
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work in a small team environment
Office supply management
Office equipment maintenance
Discretion and confidentiality
Associate degree or higher education level
