Responsibilities
Manage, monitor, and optimize ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Design and maintain complex automated data routines for reporting and data delivery, ensuring accurate data cleansing and transformation
Analyze existing processes and recommend process improvements
Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports used by multiple business units
Perform root cause analysis with a strong debugger mindset to resolve data and system issues
Translate technical issues and findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
Assist with database administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries
Support data integrity, data quality, and data governance initiatives
Maintain and update technical documentation for knowledge sharing and compliance
Qualification
Required
SQL Server (Advanced T-SQL)
SSIS package development
Data cleaning and transformation
ETL process management
Power BI reporting and dashboard development
Root cause analysis and troubleshooting
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field
equivalent professional experience
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience working with relational databases (SQL Server preferred)
