Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing and improving design processes and validation workflows
Support data collection and reporting of validation metrics
Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities
Support automation and dashboard development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical design, electrical design, and validation engineering
Contribute to continuous improvement projects and lean manufacturing initiatives

Required

Basic understanding of design processes and engineering principles
Interest in automation, data analytics, and digital tools
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
