Responsibilities

Aggressive Account Recovery: Proactively manage a high-volume portfolio of delinquent accounts, initiating outbound calls and emails to secure payments immediately

Assertive Negotiation: Utilize sharp negotiating skills to overcome stalls, objections, and excuses, establishing concrete repayment plans that result in rapid cash recovery

Skip Tracing & Investigation: Leverage advanced skip-tracing techniques and data analysis to locate "missing" customers and uncover the root cause of non-payment

High-Stakes Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex payment discrepancies, invoice errors, or customer complaints, ensuring no account stays stuck in "dispute" status

Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed aggressive daily, weekly, and monthly targets for cash collected and DSO reduction

Accurate Documentation: Maintain meticulous, real-time records of all collection activities, call notes, and broken promises in our CRM/ERP system

Escalation Protocol: Identify uncollectible accounts and confidently escalate to management or outside collection agencies as necessary
