Responsibilities
Oversee assigned territory and provide support to on-site managers
Respond to and effectively manage client requests or concerns to meet or exceed their expectations
Source workers from the community in assigned territory and the surrounding areas
Provide management with required reports and documents
Work with managers sourcing, recruiting, and on-boarding new temporary employees
Partner with local businesses as a method to source candidates
Provide exceptional customer service
Liaison with client, employees and company
Work with management team to develop overall recruiting and growth strategy
Promote and follow all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
Qualification
Required
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Minimum of five (5) years of recruiting in poultry industry
Must be willing to spend time in a poultry processing plant as needed
Must have determination and creativity to find qualified employees
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish)
Ability to travel – 50% or more to assigned territory (must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation)
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
Must be eligible to work in the United States
