Responsibilities

Define and maintain the multi-year ServiceNow vision
Prioritize features, modules, and upgrades based on business value, ROI, and technical health
Direct a cross-functional team of ServiceNow Developers, BAs, and Admins
Foster a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and agile delivery
Oversee multiple project tracks (CSM, ITSM, CRM & CPQ) simultaneously
Ensure architectural integrity and prevent 'technical debt' through rigorous design reviews
Act as the primary liaison for executive leadership
Translate complex technical capabilities into business outcomes and manage expectations across departments
Ensure that all changes in each release are assessed for alignment with the overall plans and roadmaps
Ensure the platform remains performant, secure, and compliant
Manage the upgrade cycle, instance strategy, and integration architecture
Manage the relationship with ServiceNow and third-party partners
Oversee licensing, professional services contracts, and the overall platform budget

Required

15+ years of experience in enterprise software management, with at least 10+ years specifically leading a ServiceNow platform or program
Proven track record of managing technical and functional teams (Dev, BA, Admin) in an Agile environment
Ability to look beyond the ask to understand how the platform can drive business process automation and digital transformation
While you may not be coding daily, you must understand the ServiceNow technical stack (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, etc.)
Experience leading large-scale organizational change and platform adoption strategies

Preferred

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-CSM or CIS-ITSM)
Experience with ServiceNow's CSDM (Common Service Data Model) framework
ITIL 4 Foundation or Strategic Leader certification
