Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team, providing technical guidance and mentorship
Champion safety initiatives, policies, and procedures across all electrical operations
Identify and implement solutions for issues related to safety, quality, and production
Manage electrical capital projects from concept through implementation
Organize and execute downturn maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems
Update and maintain electrical documentation and schematics
Provide electrical support for day-to-day operations and troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required
Previous electrical maintenance experience in industrial settings
Demonstrated familiarity with motor controls, VFDs, and power distribution systems
Preferred
Experience with industrial automation systems preferred
